- Day 1 - Learn the Being Meditation technique, receive your mantra & experience your first meditation.
- Day 2 - When, where & how to fit meditation into your daily life + refine your technique. (PLUS BONUS video for parents!)
- Day 3 - Understanding the mechanics & implications of stress + refine your meditation technique.
- Day 4 - How Being Meditation effortlessly removes stress from your nervous system + refine your meditation technique.
To complete the course effectively, you will need to allocate time to complete all 4 sessions on 4 consecutive days. This is very important, you won't be able to skip ahead! Each session is under 40 minutes in length. You will also need to allocate an additional 20 minutes (at the opposite end of the day to when you plan to complete the online session, to practice meditating on your own. Eg - if you complete the online session in the AM, you will also need to plan 20 minutes in the PM to meditate).
