At a time where there is an infinite choice when it comes to practices for feeling less stressed, restoring your nervous system and tapping into the more expanded, capable, happy version of you it can be tricky to know who to trust and what to try. It can also get costly to work with multiple practitioners while on the path to finding out what works for you. This is exactly why I have created a space to bring together the all of the practices, ancient wisdom and lifestyle resources I have found so profoundly helpful not only for myself, but for my students and clients as well. The House of Being Membership is home not only to these practices, wisdom and resources but to community, connection and support. If there is one thing I have witnessed to be true over the years as teacher, it is that the humans who are supported, in community and connecting are the ones who truly thrive on their path to growth.

Unlimited access to the The Studio
With over 80 Himalayan Breathwork classes to choose from you'll find something for every occasion - from nervous system support to anti-anxiety, from healing to energising. It's all there for you to explore in your own time. Classes range from 10 - 30 minutes and combine techniques of traditional pranayama (breathwork) and kriya yoga (small movements, sound & breath).
Live Events & Workshops
Each month you'll have access different events & workshops based around the theme of that month (some upcoming themes include nervous system healing, love & the energy of the heart, exploring your true nature) Think live Himalayan Breathwork, mantra, Vedic wisdom & more - practicing & learning in a group offers a potent container for healing and transformation to take place.
Live Group Meditation + Q&A
Once a month you will also be invited to join for a group meditation session - this is something that is highly encouraged for anyone who has learnt to meditate with House of Being, but also open to those who are not yet meditating who might like to explore what our ongoing meditators support is all about. It's also an opportunity to connect with Anne in real time and ask any questions you may have - meditation, breathwork, life, ancient wisdom, lifestyle. 21 Day Breathwork Challenge
Committing to the same practice for 21 consecutive days is a potent formula for lasting change. These 21 Day offerings have been hugely popular with our community and will now only be available inside this membership. To practice together, in devotion, for an extended period of time is very powerful and tremendously expansive. Each challenge will also work with the theme of the moment, offering direct experience and embodiment of all you have been learning.
